So through the session, the students were empowered to take wise decisions which helps them to navigate & choose the right path toward a successful future. The aim of the session is to understand the importance of meditation , concentration, developing self control, understanding the self, power of detachment, our role towards our duty & action, developing inner peace & happiness. Students participated by sharing their views related to it.

The purpose of the picnic is to provide students a real life learning skills and to stimulate them to understand the importance of social bonding. . The picnic was a resounding success, leaving a trail of cherished memories for everyone involved. Such events play a crucial role in the holistic development of students, promoting social skills, teamwork, and a sense of adventure that goes beyond the confines of the class.It was a memorable day for students and teachers to cherish for years. The picnic was full of excitement, fun and enjoyed by the students. The success of the picnic would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of the organizing committee, teachers, and supporting staff. On 26/09/2024, Ravindranath Tagore Arts, Commerce & Science Junior College has arrange Training program on topic - 'Awareness & Self defense Training Program' for students & staff members. The eminent personality, Dr Sagar vyavare Sir cardiologist of Nine pearl Hospital create awareness by providing training regarding Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The CPR training gives everyone the potential to help and save lives, when any person suffers a cardiac arrest or stop breathing.Also well renowned personalities Mr. Manohar Jagtap Sir (a well known Police Trainer & Divisional warden , gov. Of Maharashtra civil defence, also Nashik district sports player) & Mr. Nandu Ugale Sir Sub Inspector of Thane, (who is having record as fastest runner in India book of record) has guided & provided training to the students regarding self defense.
Interactive Sessions kept for students have many benefits like, it helps the students to identify their strength, set goals, manage stress, personal growth, & develop self confidence. So RTJC had started & arrange Interactive Session every week, which are conducted by our expert & trained Professors. Today the interactive session is based on topic - " Believe in yourself. " Focusing with the aim to build self confidence, motivation, and a positive mindset. Interactive activities like, Group discussion, Motivational speech is shown to students through PPT, to share their experience & encourage the students to develop their self belief.

We are fortunate to have with us a distinguished expert in this field as guest lecturer - our Respected President of RVPM - Advocate Manoj Pingle Sir. Sir is former Sales Tax Commissioner. He had wrote books on MPSC & UPSC. Sir guided the students about Competitive Exams like MPSC & UPSC by making them aware of its marking scheme, syllabus, study planning & implementation related to it , importance of reading newspaper for keeping themselves updated with latest G. K., news, setting aim by working hard to achieve the goal. Sir had guided the students on how to thrive in highly competitive environment & turn challenges into opportunities for growth. Students were delighted by the valuable insights on how they can navigate competition in today's fast paced world, overcome challenges, achieve sustained success in their carrier.
Ravindranath Tagore Arts, Commerce & Science Junior College Today on occasion of Ganpati Utsav, our 'Ravindra Vidya Prasarak Mandal' has organized different competitions for students like Rangoli making competition, drawing competition to give platform to the students to show their skill & talent. He was a former President of India, scholar, philosopher and Bharat Ratna recipient. This day is celebrated to acknowledge the invaluable contribution of Teacher's to society. So on this auspicious day, to show respect & gratitude for the Teacher's, Students of RTJC of Std. 11th & 12th had celebrated by arranging well planned, decent , delightful program for Teacher's.
Ravindranath Tagore Arts, Commerce & Science Junior College The Eco-friendly Ganesha idol-making activity was successfully conducted on the 03rd of September, 2024, in Rtjc Nashik students enthusiastically participated in crafting their own Ganesha idols. The hands-on experience was not only educational but also fun, as students expressed their creativity while understanding the importance of eco-conscious practices. The activity not only deepened the students’ connection to their culture but also instilled in them a sense of responsibility towards the environment. Overall, the activity was a resounding success, leaving everyone involved with a sense of accomplishment and joy.
On 30/08/2024 "Fireless Cooking Activity" was conducted in Ravindranath Tagore Arts Commerce & Science Junior College .The aim of the activity was to provide platform for students to showcase their talent & explore new area of interest, and also understands the importance of team work. Students participated actively by preparing different delicious & healthy recipes like , roti pizza, pani puri, dessert vegetable sandwich and many more.
Ravindranath Tagore Arts, Commerce & Science Junior College Student orientation program plays an important role in student transition to college life. Orientation Program are aimed at familiarizing the student to an unknown campus, environment, it's faculties & infrastructure. RTJC had arranged an orientation program for students of std XI, as it plays a significant role in introducing college activities.The students were informed about different co-curricular activities,sports conducted in college, infrastructural facilities, learning resources, college culture, expert faculties. Students also enjoyed the program by participating in different activities.
